us. Travel Science follows these rules:

If a CD-ROM
product is defective and you are unable to install it on your computer, we
will send you a replacement CD-ROM and a prepaid envelope to return the
defective CD-ROM. If you have problems downloading a product from
our website, we will supply you with additional opportunities to download
it, or send it as an email attachment (if you request this option) or we
will supply the product on a CD-ROM. If this does not resolve the
problem, we will refund your money.
No refund will be made if you have successfully installed a Pocket Module. The free Pocket Module you can download shows the design of
our products and gives you an opportunity to try it out. If the free
Pocket Module works for you, the one you buy will work for you also.
If there is a product defect in the form of incorrect or missing language
data, such as erroneous phrase text or audio, we will
provide a free upgrade that corrects the problem.
The Pocket Module
Help contains some web links to other sites related to a Pocket Module language. Sites may
change their path to a page, delete it, or otherwise cause the link to be
invalid. In this case, we will not provide an upgrade to
correct these types of external links. However, we will list any outdated
Pocket Module Help external links on our website in our Technical Support
section and will provide alternate links at our website.
Other requests for refunds will be based on a review of the situation and
will be made at our discretion. We want customers to be satisfied and will
do everything reasonable to make you happy.
