How to find something.
Use the A-Z Finders on the
left side of this page and the first letter of the subject to find something
as follows:
|
-
Search Site. Click on the first letter of a
subject you want to find. This will take you to an alphabetical
list of all travel topics and general site information, such as Customer
Service, that begin with that letter. Click on the topic to go to
the page on our website, or in some cases, to another website. The word
Site following an entry indicates a link to
the external website associated with that subject. If you click on the
subject name, you will be taken to our page that describes that website.
Some entries may go directly to another website. If this happens,
the site will open in a new window. You can find all our travel
topics using this search, as well as, general information about our
website. Note: You will not find any cities, places or
language names using the Search Site A-Z Finder. For those, you must use
the separate A-Z Finders shown.
-
Find
Place. Click on the first letter of a place (country,
island, territory) you want to find. This will take you to an
alphabetical list of all places that begin with that letter. Click
on the place to go to the page on our website with information for it.
If the place is known by several names, we will usually have an entry
for both.
-
Find
City. Click on the first letter of a city, town or village
you want to find. This will take you to an alphabetical list of
all cities, towns and villages that begin with that letter. Click
on it to go to the page on our website. If the city, town or village is
known by several names, we will usually have an entry for the alternate
names as well.
-
Find
Language. Click on the first letter of a language name you
want to find. This will take you to an alphabetical list of all
languages that begin with that letter. Click on the language name
to go to the page on our website. If the language is known by several

and those who do not travel read only one page." -

"He who would travel happily must travel light."
-Antoine

|
"One of the gladdest moments of human life, me thinks,
is the departure upon a distant journey into unknown
lands. Shaking off with one mighty effort the fetters of
habit, the leaden weight of routine, the cloak of many
cares and the slavery of home, man feels once more
happy"
-Sir
Richard Burton, the explorer

"To travel is to discover that everyone is wrong about
other countries." -
