Yes, submarine and deep sea travel is here. You can take submarine cruises at popular places in the world just a few hundred feet below the surface. Or, for the
adventurer with money, you can make deep sea voyages to the wreck of the Titanic.  You can also tour submarine museums, many of which have actual submarines you can tour.

Submarine Voyage Companies

Atlantis Adventures.  They have mini-subs operating to take tourists on undersea voyages in Hawaii, Guam and the Caribbean.
